We brought ecommerce expertise to this traditional retail team, upgrading their Shopify site to a faster theme that was built for the mobile customer. Migrating their multi-retail stores to Shopify POS Pro unlocked the full omnichannel experience of buy online, pick up in store with easy to use workflows for their retail staff.
Using the retail stores as additional inventory warehouses for ecommerce orders enabled movement of slower moving inventory, increasing inventory sell through.
Day-to-day operations included ecommerce merchandising, analytics reporting, new product drops, Shopify management, and coordination with multiple internal teams.
