We'll setup and configure Gorgias (email, chat, sms, voice, social, etc) in the first month and then work with you to optimize each channel in the months following.

Can I get a Revenue Lift Program Ad Hoc (e.g. just SEO or Email)?
Yes! For smaller brands or businesses with some in-house staff, we offer our Revenue Lift Programs on an ad hoc basis and can even custom bundle multiple services together for cost savings.
What Email Service Provider do you use?
We use Klaviyo for clients on our Full Email & SMS Marketing programs who have active list sizes over 10,000. For upstarts or smaller lists, we use Shopify's native email service (which excludes SMS).
Do I have to be on Shopify?

Do you do Digital Ads (Performance Marketing)?
We used to, but the game has changed. Digital Ads, particularly across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, are all powered by massive amounts of video content.
The creation of this content on a weekly basis is the domain of Ad Agencies who staff internal creative and content production teams. Running the ads themselves is the easy part.
We partner and collaborate with a select group of Ad Agencies who do this work very well. They focus on creating content that drives traffic to the site, while we focus on getting that traffic to convert.
Does the "Done For You" Conversion program Money Back Guarantee apply to Revenue Lift Programs?
Yes and as we reduce the price when bundling services, the max Money Back available for a bundle that includes the Done For You Conversion Program is $2,000/mo if ATC/CR metrics aren't improved over the contract term. Further details are provided in client agreements.
